Cancellation Policy
Private and Small Group Tours cancellations fees are as follows:
1. Up to 7 days before the day tour will be eligible for a 100 % refund or voucher for exchange up to the same value.
2. 48 hours – 7 days voucher for the equivalent value of a day tour or 50% refund.
3. No show within 48 hours no refund on cancellation, management will have the discretion to issue a voucher to the value of the trip.
COVID-19 cancellations accompanied by medical certification will receive 100 % cancellation or voucher to the equivalent value.
