12-Day Yoga Trek Nepal Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 3: Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,652m)

  • Early morning flight to Lukla (about 30 minutes).
  • Begin trekking to Phakding (approximately 3 hours).
  • Evening: Gentle yoga session to stretch and unwind after the flight and trek.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

  • Trek to Namche Bazaa (about 5-6 hours).
  • Cross suspension bridges and enjoy views of Thamserku and other peaks.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
