The trek progresses to Phakding, a popular overnight stop along the powerful Dudh Koshi River.

Navigating the trail involves crossing suspension bridges, reveling in snow-capped peak vistas, and meandering through lush forests, ultimately leading to Monjo, the gateway to Sagarmatha National Park. Beyond the convergence of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers at Larja Dobhan, a steep ascent brings us to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant center of Sherpa life.

Further exploration takes us through diverse vegetation, stone steps, and flat trails to reach Tengboche. Here, amid ancient monasteries adorned with intricate paintings, religious practices, and breathtaking scenery, the Everest Panorama Yoga Trek reaches its pinnacle. Retracing our steps through the quaint village of Khumjung, we journey back via Monjo and Lukla, concluding the trek with a flight to Kathmandu.

On arrival at the international airport in Kathmandu, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel by our office representative. Later in the afternoon, you shall have a session of yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation. You shall be greeted with a welcome dinner in an authentic restaurant to start the day with a wonderful memory. Stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
To delve into the significant cultural and historical treasures of the valley, we’ll embark on a guided sightseeing tour in the Kathmandu valley. Our day begins with a rejuvenating session of yoga and meditation, setting a relaxed tone for the day. The exploration kicks off with a visit to the ancient Kathmandu Durbar Square, followed by the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, often referred to as the Monkey Temple, housing holy monkeys in its northwest section. Our journey continues to the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, situated along the Bagmati River, symbolizing the deep faith and dedication of Hindus worldwide. We then proceed to the colossal and ancient stupa of Boudhanath, one of the largest stupas globally. In the afternoon, a pre-trip meeting with your trekking guide takes place at a hotel, providing comprehensive information about the trek and addressing any questions you may have. Our office representative will be there to assist you. Following this enlightening session, we’ll indulge in another round of yoga and meditation before an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Today, we kick off our Everest region trek with an early morning transfer to the airport for a brief, yet scenic, 35-minute flight over the Himalayan foothills. Before takeoff, a short session of yoga and meditation prepares us for the journey ahead. The flight treats us to a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas and picturesque landscapes, offering a glimpse of the adventure awaiting us. Upon landing at Lukla airport, a 3-4 hour trek awaits us as we navigate the ups and downs along the Dudh Koshi River, reaching our first destination, Phakding. This introductory trek in the beautiful Everest region introduces us to suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags, forests embellished with rhododendron and fir, as well as prayer wheels and Mani walls, all under the watchful gaze of the towering Himalayas. We unwind at a teahouse upon reaching our destination, concluding our day with the inaugural yoga and meditation session of the trek. Overnight stay at the teahouse in Phakding, inclusive of standard accommodation and meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner), along with Tea/Coffee.
