Upon your international airport arrival, our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After refreshing, your guide will lead you on a half-day sightseeing tour to Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a cultural restaurant. Rest for the night at the hotel.
Embark on a full-day guided tour to Buddhist and Hindu landmarks, including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath (monkey temple), and the sacred Pashupatinath temple by the Bagmati River. Visit the historic Buddhanath stupa in the afternoon. Attend a pre-trip meeting with your trekking guide at the hotel, where our representative will provide trip details and address any queries. Spend the night in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, embark on a 1-hour drive to Sundarijal, marking the start of your trek. The trail ascends steeply through dense oak, pine, and rhododendron forests, following a water pipe supplying Kathmandu. Reach the Burlang Bhanjyang ridge (2442m) for panoramic views from Annapurna to Ganesh Himal and Numbur. Descend through forests, fields, and meadows to Chisapani. Stay overnight at the tea house.
Enjoy stunning views of Dorgelakpa and the Langtang Himalayan range from Chisapani. After breakfast, descend for about an hour and a half to reach the Tamang village of Pati Bhanjyang. Climb again to cross a 2470m pass, then descend to Gul Bhanjyang, another Tamang Village. The trail ascends to a 2620m pass before descending to Khutumsang, offering splendid views from Annapurna and Manaslu in the west to Numbur in the East. Stay overnight at the tea house.
Ascend from Khutumsang through forests with stunning views of Numbur, Jugal Himal, and other snow-capped peaks. Arrive at a ridge with a short descent to Mangan Kharka at 3285m. The trail gradually gains altitude through pine and rhododendron forests, providing views into the Helambu valley and across to Jugal Himal and Numbur. Finally, reach Tharepati. Stay overnight at the tea house.
Descend from Tharepati through dense pine and rhododendron forests, enjoying views of natural waterfalls. Melamche Gaun, nestled in the lap of High Mountains, awaits your arrival. Stay overnight at the tea house.
From Melamchigaon, descend to the Melamche Khola. Cross the suspension bridge and start climbing on the opposite side towards Tarkeghyang. The ascent leads to this charming village at 2600m, perched high above the river. Tarkeghyang, though not the largest, is a delightful village in the Helambu valley and a common destination for trekkers. It’s a perfect spot to take a well-deserved rest. Stay overnight at the tea house.
Departing from Tarkeghyang, the trail follows a sweeping path around the valley end, passing through Parachin and the picturesque village of Gangjwal at around 2500m. Descend from the ridge’s edge and continue at a similar altitude along the side of the bridge, crossing numerous streams, waterfalls, and landslides. Reach the charming destination of Sermathang. Stay overnight at the tea house.
Embark on a substantial descent to Melamche Pul. After a relaxed breakfast, enjoy an easy three-hour walk to Kakani, offering views of Jugal Himal, Gauri Shankar, Panch Pokhari, and Gosainkunda peaks. Continue descending to Melamche, crossing the Indrawati Bridge and passing through the village for approximately three hours. Stay overnight at the tea house.
After a delightful mountain experience, embark on a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, passing through various towns along the way. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
